Dubai Real Estate Investors Gain Access to Digital Services, Including Valuations, via Dubai Land Department App

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has introduced three key real estate services through the Dubai Now platform, enabling investors and property owners to access digital property solutions conveniently. Among the services are property valuations and detailed property information requests, all accessible with just a few taps.

A Step Towards Enhanced Digital Services

This initiative aligns with DLD’s ongoing efforts to modernize and enhance its services, making them more flexible and customer-focused. The aim is to provide seamless access across multiple platforms and smart devices, reflecting the department’s commitment to proactive and innovative solutions.

Services Available Through the App

The Dubai Now platform offers the following real estate services from DLD:

  1. Property Status Inquiry: Instantly access detailed property information by entering key details such as area and plot number.
  2. Ownership Certificate Request: Apply for a certificate detailing property holdings, offering transparency and legal clarity.
  3. Property Valuation Request: Submit digital requests for property valuations, streamlining the process and expediting related procedures.
