    I’ve opted for off-plan projects scheduled for completion in 2027. These new developments offer more modern facilities like movie theaters, saunas, workspaces, and valet parking. Initially, I considered buying an existing property to renovate, but on Arthur’s advice, I decided to go for new projects. They are more sustainable, equipped with smart home technology, and better suited to the needs of the modern user. Plus, they often feature a more appealing design and aesthetic.

    Recently, I purchased an off-plan property in Sobha Hartland 2, one of the most prestigious communities in Dubai. This location not only boasts stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek, but is also home to some of the best international schools. It’s currently among the most sought-after projects in Dubai.

    Artificial intelligence already plays a role in real estate and will only become more important in the future, particularly when it comes to building amenities and services. In Dubai, there’s no skimping on materials, so the quality of the homes is high. I’m looking forward to these projects being completed and seeing my investments grow into a great return.
