Luxury Property Investment and Michelin-Starred Dining in Dubai

Michelin recently unveiled the fourth edition of the annual Michelin Guide Dubai during a festive ceremony in the vibrant city. It was a true shower of stars, with Dubai restaurants awarded three Michelin stars for the very first time – the highest recognition possible.

Michelin Restaurants in Dubai

This year’s guide features an impressive 119 Michelin-recognised restaurants in Dubai, marking a 72.5% increase compared to the first edition in 2022, which listed 69 establishments. For the first time ever, two Dubai restaurants were awarded the coveted three Michelin stars.

Dubai – A Culinary Capital

Dubai has rapidly grown into a true culinary capital, a destination where every food enthusiast can indulge. Few cities in the world have developed so quickly in gastronomy, and while Dubai boasts world-class fine dining, it offers much more than Michelin-starred cuisine alone.

The avant-garde concept Trèsind Studio, the flagship restaurant of Chef Himanshu Saini, received its first Michelin star in 2022, followed by a second in 2023. With the award of its third star this year, Trèsind Studio becomes the first Indian restaurant in the world to achieve three Michelin stars.

Meanwhile, Chef Björn Frantzén, whose restaurants Frantzén (Stockholm) and Zén (Singapore) already hold three stars each, added another accolade to his impressive portfolio. His Dubai restaurant FZN by Björn Frantzén was also awarded three Michelin stars, making him the only chef in the world to hold three stars simultaneously for three different restaurants.

A World of Cuisines

With a diverse selection spanning 35 different cuisines, the 119 restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide Dubai 2025 underline the city’s vibrant gastronomic scene.

From authentic street food to refined fine dining, Dubai is firmly established as one of the world’s most impressive culinary capitals. Its wide-ranging offering ensures something for every taste, preference, and budget. Most recently, Dubai was ranked among the top ten cities globally for food lovers.
