Dubai Real Estate: Arada Begins Construction on Armani Beach Residences in Palm Jumeirah

The Armani Beach Residences project in Palm Jumeirah is set to become one of Dubai’s most sophisticated and stylish real estate developments. UAE-based real estate developer Arada has officially commenced work on this ultra-luxury project.

Armani Beach Residences: A Collaborative Masterpiece

Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is being developed in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Pritzker-Prize-winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The project boasts stunning panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s iconic skyline.

Spanning 90,000 square feet of world-class amenities, the development will include 52 uniquely designed homes, blending cutting-edge design with unparalleled luxury.

Construction and Timeline

Arada has awarded the enabling works contract to International Foundation Group LLC (IFG), a seasoned Dubai-based company specialising in deep foundation and ground solutions. This phase of construction involves shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation, and is expected to be completed by March next year.

The main construction contract for Armani Beach Residences is slated to be awarded in the first quarter of 2025.

Show Apartment Launch

In tandem with the start of construction, Arada has unveiled a dedicated Show Apartment at its sales office in City Walk. This display includes a meticulously designed living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, boudoir, and dining room—all crafted exclusively by Armani/Casa, showcasing the exquisite materials and furnishings synonymous with the brand.

Exclusive Residences and Amenities

The homes at Armani Beach Residences are available in a range of configurations, from two- to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Each residence offers unobstructed access to breathtaking exterior views.

Notably, the project includes two presidential suites, which incorporate a range of luxurious features such as:

• A contemplative courtyard with a reflective pool
• A personalised gym
• Private libraries
• A home cinema
• A parking lounge accommodating up to seven vehicles
• A terrace with an infinity pool

Buyers of penthouses and presidential suites will have the exclusive opportunity to collaborate with Armani/Casa to create bespoke interiors for their homes.
